You may want to find a board-certified sleep medicine specialist to evaluate you; there are 4,000 of them in the United States and they may have backgrounds in neurology, pulmonary medicine, psychiatry or other specialties. Sleep centers also may obtain accreditation from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. A list of accredited sleep disorders centers in the United States can be found at:

Talk with a XYREM Patient Connection Mentor
The XYREM Patient Connection program provides an opportunity for you to talk one-on-one with a mentor who has been diagnosed with excessive daytime sleepiness and/or cataplexy with narcolepsy, and has been treated with XYREM.
