ONGOING INFORMATION AND SUPPORT

  • Nurse Case Managers at the central Certified Pharmacy support you and your patients throughout treatment by helping to answer questions about XYREM and XYREM CareConnect
  • In addition, pharmacists from the Certified Pharmacy are available to answer questions about XYREM 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

REIMBURSEMENT AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

  • Reimbursement specialists assist you with prior authorizations and work with your patients to find programs that help make XYREM affordable
  • Jazz Pharmaceuticals is committed to helping make sure those who may benefit from XYREM can affordably get it

The XYREM Patient Connection Mentor Program*

  • XYREM Patient Connection Mentors complement your patient management efforts by allowing patients to connect with fellow XYREM patients
  • These individuals are available for direct contact by phone, so that patients may learn more about living with 2 common symptoms of narcolepsy – excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) and cataplexy – and treatment with XYREM, from someone else with firsthand experience
